OREO ice coffee with vanilla ice cream

It is really funny I really don't like normal coffee, but I truly like ice coffee. It is my favorite summer drink. When I go to a restaurant and they have ice coffee on the menu I order it. So I have tried many Ice coffees in my life. But I think this recipe is one of the best recipes and I make this recipe a lot at my home. I want to make this recipe every day, but that is not good for my figure 😱 I love the ice coffee recipes made with vanilla ice cream, because they are more creamy and they have more taste. You can also make the ice coffee without the OREO, to make it less heavy. Then you got my basic Ice Coffee recipe. But if you are a chocolate and an OREO lover like me you should try the original recipe with OREO cookies. Do you really want to go wild? Then you can add some Baileys to the recipe as well.

Preparation time 5 minutes
4 glasses of Ice coffee
Blender
Ingredients OREO Ice coffee
2 cups of espresso or coffee
8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
Glass of full milk
6 OREO cookies or OREO cookie crumbles
Optional: Whipped cream, chocolate sauce and Baileys for garnish
How do you make the OREO ice coffee?
Brew two strong cups of espresso (or coffee).
Toss 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the blender. Crumble 3 Oreo cookies and throw them in the blender or use the OREO cookie crumbles.Add two tablespoons of sugar in the blender. Add a glass of milk in the blender. Optional: add a nice dash of Baileys in the blender. Finally, add the coffee in the blender and turn on the blender.
Prepare the glasses and decorate the glasses with chocolate sauce. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass. Fill the glass with the Oreo iced coffee from the blender.
Garnish the Oreo iced coffee with whipped cream, pieces of Oreo and some chocolate sauce if desired.
